Expert Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma
Our approach
Careful Counseling is a community-oriented, holistic health practice with the mission of revitalizing strength, energy, and confidence for individuals affected by psychiatric illness. We believe this work is a privilege and treat individuals with respect, compassion and patience.
We specialize in therapy for panic disorder, OCD, social anxiety, emetophobia, depression, imposter syndrome, trauma and PTSD, Virtual Exposure, LGBTQ+, and ADHD.
We assist clients by providing proven intervention, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), coaching, and other evidence based practices for the restoration and maintenance of mental health.
We are owned and operated independently and offer individualized attention at each level of the therapeutic experience, including intake, treatment, and personalized billing support. We are not a psychotherapy conglomerate. We prioritize building personal relationships and providing personalized support.
